By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Product Use

  • All e-bike kits, motors, batteries, and accessories sold on this website are intended for use on private property only.

  • These products are not legal for use on public roads, paths, or highways unless you have confirmed compliance with your local laws.

  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and follow all local laws and regulations.

Liability

  • By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

  • We are not liable for any injury, accident, property damage, legal issues, or misuse that occurs while using our products.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by:

    • Unlawful use (such as riding on public roads where not permitted)

    • Incorrect installation or modification

    • Improper handling or lack of maintenance

Warranty

  • All motors and batteries come with an 18-month warranty.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unlawful riding

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Incorrect installation, wiring, or modifications

  • To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and photo/video evidence of the issue.

Safety

  • Always wear proper safety gear (helmet, protective clothing, etc.) when operating your e-bike.

  • Ensure all components are installed correctly and securely before use.

  • We strongly recommend the use of torque arms on high-powered kits to prevent wheel slippage or accidents. (Which will be included in the higher-powered kits)

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Warranty claims are separate from returns — items returned without following warranty steps will not be accepted.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

  1. You are over 18 years old (or have parental consent).

  2. You understand these products are for private property use only.

  3. You accept full responsibility for the safe use, handling, and legal compliance of the products purchased.

  4. You understand the scope and limits of the 18-month warranty.
